Luna Energy Ltd. has entered into an agreement with publicly-listed JVR Ventures Inc. (TSXV:JVR.P) to complete a reverse take-over transaction. The transaction is expected to close by June 30, 2025, thereafter Luna Energy is expected to be a Tier II Mining Issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange (see March 25, 2025 news release for more details).
